INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
• Abstracts must be in Serbina and English (for residents) and in English (for international authors)
• Before typing your abstract, please choose the Topic from the dropdown list
• Font: Times Nev Roman, Font size: 11 / Single line spacing Prored: 1.0.
• TITLE: capitalize the entire title which must not exceed 30 words
• AUUTHORS/AFFILIATIONS: you may enter up to 4 authors in the authors list and their affiliations. The presenter must be part of the authors’ list included in the submitted abstract.
• Contact details of the presenting author or corresponding author: (valid e-mail address)
• TEXT: begin the text on a new line. The complete abstract must not exceed 350 words. Use of tables or graphs is not permitted. The text should be arranged using the following headings: objective, aim, method, results and conclusions. It is recommended to add 3–5 keywords at the end of the abstract.

* The corresponding author will receive electronic notification about the acceptance (or rejection) of the paper.
*The presenting author is required to register and pay the registration fee for the paper to be published in the electronic Abstract Book
* It is assumed that all authors of the paper agree to its publication and that no part of the paper has been previously published elsewhere.
DEADLINES:
• The deadline for abstract submission is on January 20, 2026
• The deadline for notification of acceptance of the paper: February 10, 2026
• The deadline for registration and payment of the registration fee: February 15, 2026
